The Federation Wing Tsun System (also known as FWTS or FWTS Kung-Fu) is a unique, strategy-based approach to the martial art of Wing Chun Kung-Fu.

The system was conceived & developed by myself – Sifu Lee Paul Heron. I started training in 1989, and am now an extremely experienced martial artist and instructor in multiple armed & unarmed disciplines. FWTS Kung-Fu is my personal contribution to this beautiful and fascinating discipline.

I currently live in West Sussex, England. I teach – and have taught – instructors as near as Surrey & South-West London, and as far away as South Africa. I provide training, tuition and official certification in this endlessly fascinating, extremely practical unarmed martial art system, which thousands of people have enjoyed learning from me since I started sharing my knowledge in 1999.

If you want to improve your health & fitness, develop greater control of your body, have a lot of fun and learn an effective system of personal self-defence, please come and join my friendly group of dedicated martial artists. I hope to see you soon.

Peter F.

His knowledge and experience of the arts he teaches are phenomenal. In class he is calm, clear, concise and extremely warming and approachable. He ensures that everyone understands what he is teaching no matter what age or experience. If for any reason you need further info, he will go the extra mile to ensure that it is explained further or in more detail. For anyone wishing to study a martial art, I would highly recommend Sifu Lee in a heartbeat.
